These rules define how the training service in digital literacy and professional skills with AI is provided, what is expected from each party, and the extent of our responsibility.
The service consists of training programs, educational materials, and practical support aimed at developing skills in artificial intelligence and modern professional abilities. Content is delivered in digital format, with guided sessions, applied exercises, and reference resources. Access is enabled upon registration and is maintained while the account is active and up to date with the participation conditions.
Anyone accessing the service agrees to provide truthful data during registration, to use the materials solely for their own learning, and not to redistribute, resell, or reproduce the content without prior authorization. They are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for notifying any unauthorized use of their account. The use of materials must be consistent with legitimate educational and professional purposes.
We take the utmost care in developing the content and ensuring the proper functioning of the platform. However, the service is provided as is, without guarantees of specific results. The practical application of acquired skills depends on each user's context, their sector, and the tools they choose to use. We do not guarantee that the use of AI in work environments will produce specific benefits, nor do we assume responsibility for decisions made based on the training materials.
The texts, guides, exercises, videos, and any other resources included in the service are owned by us or are properly licensed. The user receives a personal, non-transferable right of use limited to the duration of their relationship with the service. The systematic extraction of content, its modification for commercial purposes, or its incorporation into other products without express consent is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruption, or harm arising from the use or inability to use the platform. We are also not responsible for third-party content, external AI tools that the user decides to employ, or the consequences of applying acquired knowledge in unsupervised environments. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The user may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or cancel access if misuse, fraud, violation of these conditions, or behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of the platform or other users is detected. In the event of cancellation by us without just cause, the unused proportional portion of the contracted service will be refunded.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, applicable regulations, or our operational practices. Modifications will be communicated with reasonable notice through the usual channels. If the user continues to use the service after the changes take effect, they will be deemed to have accepted them. In case of disagreement, the option is to end the relationship without penalty.
